Tony Testa.
I run operations.
I run the part of a business that has to work every day: compliance, fraud prevention, vendors, logistics, data and the people doing the work — and now the AI tools that do more of it. Founder, CEO, operator. Different industries, same discipline.
I don't see problems. I see solutions.
Example: processors routinely drop negative-option billing businesses. At Alpha Group I worked directly with the banks and processors to secure merchant accounts for a high-volume subscription operation, and kept them open.
The work nobody notices until it breaks.
Every role I've held comes down to the same thing: make the operation run cleanly, catch the problems early, and keep the numbers honest.
Bid & order pipeline
High-volume subscription order flow, worldwide fulfillment, federal bid packages. Whatever the pipeline is, it moves on time and nothing falls out of it.
Compliance
Documentation, certifications, vendor verification and customer-integrity rules, applied consistently so nothing goes out that shouldn't.
Fraud detection
Order review, database searches and trend analysis to spot bad transactions and support investigations. A skill I built running a high-volume subscription business and never stopped using.
Vendors & logistics
Verifying vendors, negotiating with suppliers, managing drop-shipping and worldwide shipments, and coordinating the contractors who do the physical work.
AI & automation
I put AI to work on real operations: Claude and local LLMs reviewing solicitations, Telegram bots watching SAM.gov, Python pipelines on Linux servers I run myself. The repetitive parts get automated; the judgment calls stay with me.
People & teams
Trade show teams, freelancers and contractors, support staff, subcontractors. Different people, same job: build consensus and deliver.
A career of running things.
Nutraceuticals, direct-to-consumer, federal contracting. Every stop was the same job underneath.

What I bring.

Call me Tony.
Operational excellence and customer satisfaction are the job. Having been both an entrepreneur and an employee, I can see the big picture without losing sight of the day-to-day details. I lead by example: I facilitate change, mitigate risk, bring new ideas, get the organization behind them, and deliver solid results.
I founded and ran a nutraceutical company, then led a direct-to-consumer subscription business, and now run operations for a federal contractor. Along the way I taught myself enough Linux and Python to build the systems I used to pay other people for, and I use AI the way I use any tool: to get more done, with better accuracy, by fewer people.
Based in Los Angeles, California.
